Anne Molyneux
Chartered Accountant, FAICD, Director, CS International
Anne Molyneux, Director of CS International, a global consulting firm, is a Chartered Accountant and Master of Management. She is an experienced director and trustee of pension funds and is an advisor in corporate governance. Anne is a board member of the International Corporate Governance Network.
Mrs. Molyneux has developed public and private sector corporate governance practices, including for family companies, state-owned enterprises, banks and insurance companies and regulators. Her work includes the development of corporate governance codes, board charters and practices, board evaluations, audit committee advice and support, and scorecards for national and company CG assessment. In addition to private clients, her clients include the OECD, the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). She is co-author of the Global CG Forum’s Corporate Governance Board Leadership Resources (the Toolkit), CG Alternative Dispute Resolution Toolkit and a contributor to the GCGF Media Toolkit and has very wide experience in Asia, South Asia, Australia and Europe.
She is a business representative and contributor to the OECD Corporate Governance Steering Committee and to the OECD Asian Roundtable and she represents the investor community on the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Advisory Council, the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) Consultative Advisory Group and the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants (IESBA) Consultative Advisory Group. She is a fellow member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Institute of Directors, UK.
