FORUM INVITATION LETTER to DELEGATES

On behalf of Corporate Governance Development Center, Mongolian Stock Exchange, the organizers of the fourth Annual Mongolian Corporate Governance Forum, I have the great pleasure of inviting you to participate in this event that will take place in Chinggis Khaan Hotel, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia on June 13, 2011. The forum will bring together senior government officials from Mongolia and executives from international development agencies, stock exchanges, private sectors, investment banks and international media.
The event will become an international forum of decision-makers on the current state of the markets of Mongolia, corporate governance factors necessary to bolster capital market. The forum will discuss on helping form a general consensus regarding the formation of necessary policy reform in Mongolia and will end with an action statement by the participating business leaders in policy and legal and regulatory frameworks to remedy the corporate governance challenges.
